Three evidence packages. One verifiable record.

A unified technical portal for the ATLAS IBM Phoenix campaign: the NIST and DTC evidence package, the physical 120-qubit ordered QRNG capture, and the CRYSTAL 7 reproducibility package—published with original files, source programs, raw data, and cryptographic hashes.

Scope and attribution. The portal preserves experimental records and locally reproducible analyses. It does not represent certification, validation, endorsement, or product approval by NIST, IBM, Quantinuum, Google, or any government body.

The packages remain individually downloadable and are also indexed together below. Shared tool binaries are retained inside their original package contexts, producing 45 files with 43 unique content hashes.

Restart entropy, LGI/NSIT and Floquet pilots

Twenty-two files covering the one-million-sample SP 800-90B restart matrix, a 152-PUB combined IBM job, raw counts, QRNG replica, analyses, programs, and entropy-assessment tools.

Conditioned source above seven bits per sample

Twenty files covering raw and conditioned sequential and restart sources, the reproducible pipeline, local SP 800-90B report, NIST tools, runtime libraries, and supplied time-crystal artifacts.

Recorded results

Five inspection anchors

Each statement below is bounded by the interpretation supplied inside its source package.

Phoenix restart

6.638383 bits/input byte

The restart transcript records sanity and validation passes for a 1,000 × 1,000 matrix, with the conservative final minimum drawn from Hr, Hc, and HI.

120Q QRNG capture

12,000,000 ordered raw bits

Job dag89lj9k43c73ad0nig preserves 100,000 shots across 120 qubits, plus a 40-column every-third-qubit derivative. This is a raw capture, not an entropy certification.

CRYSTAL 7

7.244514 bits/sample

The supplied Spanish report records the local SP 800-90B result after SHA-256 conditioning at 2:1, with restart sanity and validation tests marked as passed.

Leggett–Garg / NSIT

K3 = 1.3935 at θ = π/3

The analysis records 16.30σ above the K3 ≤ 1 bound, while noting that the pilot does not yet constitute complete semi-device-independent certification.

Inspect analysis →
Floquet / DTC pilot

FFT bin 8/17 = 0.470588

The 4Q and 12Q IBM curves peak nearest one-half. The package retains the additional controls required before making a thermodynamic DTC-phase claim.

Integrity verification

Package-native hashes plus one unified manifest.

All 45 supplied files were recalculated into the combined manifest. The Phoenix package's 22 files match its CSV manifest; both QRNG binaries match their metadata hashes; and the four CRYSTAL 7 data binaries plus the three supplied crystal artifacts match the hashes recorded in its JSON manifest.

Manifest note: The CRYSTAL 7 manifest references four time-crystal artifacts, while the uploaded ZIP contains three of them. The three supplied artifacts match. The absent referenced artifact is not represented as published evidence here.
